- JJJillianFeb 2, 20261.0The receptionist was cold and rude when she answered the phone, I didn't know it was a crime to ask somebody how they are doing. I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of customer service. As someone who worked in customer service for years, I am aware that the receptionist is honestly the face of the company, but this one just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be wasting my time here.
- PNpattra noonDec 7, 20251.0The Bender JCC CEO, Mr. Josh Bender, is very rude and abusive to many members, especially seniors.... He refuses to accept or reply to their phone calls.... He does not answer their e-mails. He threatens them with terminating their membership if they complain more than twice about the same problem at the JCC.... Mr. Bender is a disgrace as a CEO and a Jew. There is a long list of people whose memberships he terminated..... He does not know how to treat people properly.... The JCC would do well to have him replaced with a better person who knows how to properly interact with people...

But people who are using the facility, especially certain groups of people are not friendly towards people don’t belong to them. As an adult, it maybe ok. But I don’t want my kids grow up in an environment like this. So I’m canceling my membership.
