  Been there for a play recently. Location is very nice and a good serves as good venue for smaller theatre productions. Hope to see more there in the future.

  Facilities are good as are most but not all teachers. The CEO, Mr. J. Bender, is an autocrat wannabe who does not care about members, especially seniors. He has a very thin skin and is not open to suggestions or comments. He terminated the memberships of many people who dared to speak up, including me after having been a member for more than 20 years. I sent certified, return receipt letters to the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the incoming Chairman telling them about the disrespectful, disgraceful way I was treated by Mr. Bender, asking to speak to them about Mr. Bender's behavior. Apparently they don't care how members feel either since they did not have the decency to get back to me. I was going to put the JCC in my will because I enjoyed my 20+ years there so much but not now. I recommend going elsewhere to exercise, especially if you are a senior. Go where you will be treated with respect and dignity and where freedom of speech is appreciated, not met with you having your membership terminated without warning.

  The gym is great. I had some frustration with membership services. Unfortunately, Member Services has not responded to either my direct email - which they no longer accept (my email was automatically returned) Neither did they respond to a _Direct Form submission_ through their Website. And no further communication or follow up at all at any point! Although their site provided a "pop up" screen confirming a submission with a promise of a 2 day reply - I am still waiting... When I called to talk to membership services I was told that no human will be available and that I must communicate through their Website to pause payments. Luckily I took a screenshot of this "confirmation" of my communication that included no details and the not so credible assurance of a "prompt response" in 2 days. I was trying to stop auto payments from my Visa credit card. If a person (who like myself) wants a "paper trail" or (email) record, non was provided! No official confirmation was ever sent to my email address. And no communication or follow up concerning my request. This left me in limbo. And they appear unaccountable for inaction since they provided no real confirmation of my request, nor a follow up. It would therefore make it nearly impossible for a person in my shoes to get a refund for the JCC's mishandling of a similar request. In addition, the lack of communication in any form left me frustrated and in limbo.
