- JSJay ScottFeb 12, 20262.0Ny daughter has attended this program for 4 years and I have been extremely satisfied with the care and flexibility this program has allowed. That's until they changed pricing frrom per session to a block model. Meaning if you used mornings you would be charged for at least 3 and evenings couldn't be added to these 3, they were there own with a minimum of 3 as well. My real complaint is this new app it updated when the schedule was supposed to be updated and didn't unlock until a bill came. I reached out but nothing has happened to help me. My daughter didn't use the service that next week and now I owe for a full week even though school was closed 2 of the days still haven't really figured out the app. Really was a great program. Honestly now ehhh...
