  Meridian Senior Living should be very proud of their most valuable assets which are their teams of caregivers at each of their assisted living facilities. Our family wishes to commend The Glenwood Supportive Living of Staunton where our mother lived and called home. It was her home because of all the love and support she received from every single employee. The Administrator there, Stephanie leads her team by example. She always puts the residents first each and every day. Our Mother passed away on May 5th and asked is she could have a small memorial service there at Glenwood because she wanted her family (which included staff and residents) all to be able to attend. Stephanie was more than happy to accommodate this request and WOW, we never expected over 130 people arrive on that special day. It was one huge family gathering to celebrate our mother's legacy. Her huge personality will continue on as they will continue hosting her monthly tea parties in her memory. The Glenwood Supportive Living of Staunton will always be a place I will stop and visit when I go home for holidays, because they become my family. We thank everyone there who loved our Mom as though she was their own.

  My mom was at a meridian facility in DC for almost 5 years before her passing. The staff and management took such good care of her throughout her time there. Could not have asked for a more caring team to watch over her. Truly heroes! A heartfelt thank you!

  If I were to ever give a another person my honest opinion, this is one you should take heed! Do not ever leave your loved ones with these people. Their life depends on it. Save yourself the heartache of listening to their endless drama and excuses. I’m shocked they still have a license to operate. The employees laugh and mock State Board of Health during visits bc they are there so often. Look it up! Do your due diligence! BEWARE!
