Honestly, worst experience with a provider.
1. They charged me for a visit bc I canceled 45 minutes in advance due to my daughter being ill. Even though it was the first time I’d done it and I was not aware of the 24 hour notice fees, there was no sort of first time courtesy. AT ALL.
2. First visit w Anna, WIFI cut off 20 minutes in and that was it - No effort to log back in despite the fact that I had left work early to ensure I was online for the visit.
3. I was sent an itemized bill WITHOUT the procedure codes so of course the claim got denied by my insurance company.
4. Asked for an itemized bill from Ana - no response for several days - had to escalate my request to Emily.
5. insurance once again denied the claim stating they reached out the provider and never received a response.
They are QUICK to take your money when patients are vulnerable, but forget about getting any type of refund, courtesy waiver or even a simple itemized bill from the get go . I’d give zero starts if I could.

I contacted Emily on January 6th to schedule couples therapy with her. She passed me off to another therapist at the clinic who sent an intro email that same day. I responded to her the very next day, but never heard back. Four days later I sent the therapist a follow up email, but still no response. After waiting 24hrs with no response, I forwarded the email chain to Emily asking if there was another therapist at the firm who could help, it has been two days and still no reply from Emily. If you are looking for a group of therapists who care about your health, your well-being, and are communicative, you should look elsewhere.

My husband and I went to see Emily for pre-marital counseling prior to getting married in 2015. Emily was kind, professional, and gave us many tools to succeed. We continued seeing her after we were married for occasional "tune-ups." Would highly recommend!

Michelle Collins therapeutically engaged me and my spouse. At the time I didn’t recognize it because of my inability to accept the faults of my relationship.
More often than not people like to blame others when things are not going as good as one would like. Unfortunately, I have to apologize to you for being one of those persons for not recognizing all that she has done with and for me and Nick.
Therapeutically, her guidance and support has allowed us to self reflect and get in the place of balance and peace in our marriage, in which I know would have been overlooked and neglected without your guidance.
Again, I thank her and recognize her ability to reshape relationships threw encouraging us to work on ourselves, by guiding us to recognize individually what we contribute to where we are and where we want to be in partnership.
Thank you,
Cyndy
