- NNNatalieNov 21, 20251.0Worse funeral home EVER!!! Jazmin is unprofessional and has no sense of empathy. I just left from the Reisterstown Rd location, Jazmin was in her suv outside of the building. She watched me ring the bell (I didn’t know it was her at the time) as I’m sitting in my car, she drives past me and goes there the fenced off part of the parking lot. I left a message for her to call me on Wednesday. I was I formed she was ooo on Thursday when I called back and it’s Friday, still no return call. There was an issue with the insurance, no one called me, I had to call and follow up to get an update. All I need to do is make a payment,,,UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would not send any of my loved ones here. It’s really sad that this is the treatment you receive at such a vulnerable time for families.
- TMtara masonNov 1, 20255.0Gen my mom passed away Feb 16.2024, and you really made it very comfortable for me handle it she looked beautiful you did a very good job her hair was beautiful vin a bun her skin and her nails was beautiful but it was very hard it will be two years Feb 16.2026 but I prayed every time I had to come there to make the arrangements but those other funeral homes got nothing on you you all have catering included in the viewing package so to say thank you Tthompson my mom was Carolyn Thomas Nov 1.2025
