I had high hopes that it would provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. The staff were inattentive and unorganized, and the space is often messy and chaotic without structure. My child has become aggressive because of other kids hitting him, and he would come home upset on several occasions, and when I tried to bring up my concerns, they claimed that my child is the problem. A program that is supposed to help children learn, grow, and feel safe has instead left me feeling uneasy. I would not recommend this program to other parents unless major improvements are made in staff training, environment, and supervision.
