  The day came when we had to make the decision to find care for our friend. It was a stressful time. The care at Westford House was very good and they worked closely with hospice so that any problem was addressed and remedied quickly. The staff and nurses were so kind, caring and professional. We were all treated very well during a very difficult time.

  The staff overall are wonderful they really do care about the residents. We had a water leak late one evening and our maintenance person Peter Jones came and took care of it in no time we so appreciate his hard work and keeping our spaces clean and safe

  I stayed at the Westford House for Physical Therapy. Peter within the maintenance department was very helpful and kind when I worked with him, the call button was malfunctioning in my room. He fixed it!

  I wonder if the management has changed, because when my mother was there two years ago it seemed like a pretty horrible place. The food was disgusting, help was scarce, and my mother had a loud, obnoxious roommate that kept multiple devices blaring, and required having her impacted bowels cleaned out by staff while mom was feet away. That's not considerate at all.
