  I wonder if the management has changed, because when my mother was there two years ago it seemed like a pretty horrible place. The food was disgusting, help was scarce, and my mother had a loud, obnoxious roommate that kept multiple devices blaring, and required having her impacted bowels cleaned out by staff while mom was feet away. That's not considerate at all.

  My father was transferred to the Westford house in his last week. Immediately upon transferring, he told me “I feel at peace here”. The Westford house and staff made my father feel comfortable and cared for in his battle against cancer. They offered a tranquil place for him to find peace, and they did as much as possible to accommodate our family. We could tell the entire staff cared about our experience; on the first night, someone brought two meals in - we told them my father couldn’t eat solids, but they insisted the meals were for my wife and I. In a whirlwind week, I’ve forgotten all the names, but we especially want to highlight the excellent staff who helped in our difficult time. In addition to caring for my dad, Zach spent time with us explaining what would happen through the dying process, helping us understand what was to come and what we could do. Ellie and Jen checked in with the family as we were supporting our father, and they helped support us with words, snacks, and compassionate care for the family as well as the patient. They also helped us get the pieces in place to transfer my dad on a late Friday afternoon, when it became clear our previous facility was not meeting his care needs. Jen and the whole Westford house team even helped us maintain our privacy and the ability for my dad to rest. We will be forever grateful for how the Westford House supported my father in finding peace in his battle against cancer.

  I came to visit my father from another state there days, and found that he was living well here, I'd like to express my gratitude to all the doctots, nurses and caregivers！A special thank you to the nurse Rose helped apply anti-itch cream to my father's skin, and used pain-relieving cream to help my father relieve his kneepain.I highly recommend this nusing home to everyone.

  My mother recently transferred to Westford House from another long term care facility. Definitely a step up from the previous facility. My mom is happy there. The staff is pleasant and seem to care about her. I always receive prompt emails and phone calls when I reach out. Overall, pleasantly surprised with Westford House.

  I went to visit my grandmother and was not sure on what way I had to go so I asked the receptionist Macayla jones how to get to her room and she walked me all the way to her room and was very polite and had a conversation with me on the way the staff at this facility are very friendly and welcoming
