Wow! We are so fortunate to have Brightpath Westford as part of our village! Our son started with the infant crew in September and we have been very happy. Directors Heather and Michelle are excellent communicators over app/email/phone and steady leaders, always very pleasant to parents. And we LOVE our teachers and Infant crew. Lead teachers Ms Asha and Ms Nina (as well as Ms Eleni, Becky, & Heidi) are so warm towards are little guy and he snuggles into them at drop off. Illness in the first year of daycare/school is unavoidable but I even observed his hands being washed after a diaper change! This, combined with runny noses *actually* being wiped (not so much at another daycare weve used in the past), has to help. The teachers are great at keeping us updated with all the activities they do during the day via the app, and seem to really stick to executing on the infant curriculum. They even took baby in pumpkin photos (!!) Which I totally failed to do over the busy fall weekends At first we were hesitant to choose a newly opened center but feel very confident in the team's care of my child over the last 3 months.

Care is very inconsistent. Some teachers are good and some are very rude and uncaring. There’s been many times of screaming at toddlers or just completely ignoring them. Multiple occasions over the summer of not giving the children water. At pick up my child was crying for water saying they didn’t have any all day. Teachers have admitted to being out of ratio multiple times and admitted to not being able to handle all of the children at once

Don’t send your child here! They have no idea what they are doing. You will never receive a parent handbook, there is no sick policy. They actually allow children with highly infectious illnesses to come to school. They don’t properly clean and sanitize their toys or properly clean their classrooms. They don’t have any janitorial staff, so no one is properly cleaning the bathrooms. Also if your child is a picky eater and doesn’t want to eat the only meal offered, then they will starve for the day. They say they offer two options but they don’t. Spoiled food had been served to the children multiple times when the chef was out sick or on vacation. Some kids had thrown up shortly after eating their food. Infant teachers would pick up food from the floor and give it to back to the child. They have no proper and sanitary way to feed the infants safely. Other child would come up to an eating infant and grab the food and eat it. Not safe as a choking hazard or a possible cross contamination for a possible allergy. Some teachers also regularly forget to provide water and sunscreen to their class when playing outside on very hot days during the summer. If you brought this to Heather’s attention, she would gaslight you into believing you’re wrong and that she is following policy. Then when you ask for the policy, she tells you that she can’t provide one. Also Heather’s method to dealing with “problem” behaviors with children is to guilt them, yell at them and make them come to her office. When the child returns, they look scared or crying. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a surprise DEEC visit, that they would fail and not receive accreditation. That’s right, they don’t a MA mandated license.

Wonderful daycare. The directors, Heather and Michelle, are friendly, professional, and welcoming. My daughter’s toddler-room teacher, Andrea, is fantastic. My daughter is happy, thriving, and loves the routine (and the food!). Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about BrightPath Westford! We switched our daughter from another well-known place mainly because BrightPath is closer to home and their tuition is more affordable. But after visiting during their open house, we were completely sold. From the get-go, Michele and Heather welcome you with open arms. They're both super loving and accommodating. My daughter is especially fond of Heather, she even invites her over to our house all the time! Seeing my baby girl running to give her a hug every morning warms my heart. It took a couple of weeks for my baby girl to settle in, but now, four months later, she's made tons of friends and her growth has been incredible. Her social skills and development blow my mind every day. BrightPath also deserves all the credit for potty training my little one. She's becoming so independent, wanting to do everything herself, from grabbing her own plates and clothes to washing her hands and using the bathroom. It's amazing to see her blossom in such a supportive environment. Plus, they have tons of activities to keep the kids busy and always try to get them outdoors. If you're looking for a loving, fun, and enriching place for your child, I highly recommend BrightPath Westford.
