  The whole infant team is absolutely fantastic! The teachers were so caring and kind, and I always felt completely at ease leaving my baby with them each day. We’re really sad he couldn’t stay longer due to our relocation, but I’m so grateful to all the staff for making his time there so happy and meaningful

  Our son has been with the Bright Horizon family for 2+ years, having started with the infant class and now graduating from toddler into preschool. What makes the Waltham center special are its people. Daniela leads an amazing team, everyone is professional, warm and they genuinely care about education and early development. Our son walks in the front door full of smiles and leaves even happier. I should also mention that we felt very comfortable returning after the Covid closure and appreciated the communication and flexibility throughout. We are incredibly grateful for the experience our son has been afforded at BH Waltham and would definitely recommend it to other parents. Thank you

  Our son has been attending the Bright Horizons at Waltham location since he was 7 months old. He started in the infant room, is now in the pre-school classroom. I cannot say enough how great this center has been in terms of the care provided. The entire staff is dedicated in taking good care and providing a nurturing environment for the children. The teachers and the staff take care of the children as their own family. As first time parents, we always looked to them for advice and were always happy with the help we received. The curriculum is also so well rounded. They have the best plans for kids all ages to teach new things and have fun at the same time. In this crazy covid era, one of the most challenging decisions as working parents for us was to send our son back to the center, but seeing all the safety protocols put in place. we felt encouraged to send him back. Working at home full time with a toddler was not easy. But once he was back at school, we what an amazing job the staff was doing to keep the kids safe, that it put us at ease. Not only that, their open communication about any Covid related updates, just shows their transparency and honesty. Not only do they have protocols in place for safety of the kids, they teach the kids the right things to do which is beyond amazing. Our son is also so much happier going back and being in the company of his friends. The amount of respect and appreciation I have for all the teachers and the staff of this center, cannot truly be expressed in words. I say this all the time, and I will say this again- the only reason I can do my job, is because I am mentally at peace that my child is safe and happy. He is thriving there and learning new things everyday! So, thank you again all the staff for taking such good care and giving us peace of mind.

  We have been with BH at the Waltham center since Jan 2017 and we love this place a lot. The teachers, including the admins, have been so loving, caring, nurturing and very knowledgeable in early child development, and I always think of them as our families. When we were first-time parents, we went to the teachers for a lot of advices and they are always very supportive. What I love about this center is their play-based learning environment, they do a lot of science experiments, introduce the writing skill when they are at pre-school age, bring out their creativity (painting, art, craft work), and they also make sure kids have appropriate outside time (they have their own playgrounds for both toddlers and preschoolers). As working parents, we also love the hours they offer (post-COVID - 7:30 - 5:30), and they are one of the few centers that would open for most of the winter break (but it's not holiday at work) which give us flexibility and a relief when it comes to child care. The center also does a very good job post-COVID and have many protocols in place (smaller size of enrollment, temp check, health screenings, frequent classroom/toys cleaning, and teachers wearing masks) and have reinforced the importance of hand washing for the children. Overall, we are very happy with the center and our kids have thrived there. I would definitely recommend this place to all the people who are looking for a quality child care center.
