- CJc jacDec 29, 20255.0My dad passed away and I was confused, hurt and disoriented. I couldn't think straight. I contacted Byron Keenan Funeral Home and spoke to Suzanne. She helped me through the process step by step. She went above and beyond to help my family. I can't say enough of how she provided reassurance, comfort, empathy, patience and above all of that, an understanding heart. Suzanne is a diamond in the ruff, a true Godsend. You will not find someone like her even if you tried. She is sent from above to help those in need. If I could give back I would however the only thing I can do is provide this review to show how she is appreciated and believe me this is a real review, from my heart. Oh, did I mention how another funeral home illegally took my dad from the hospital and then tried to extort $7000 from me for my dad's body. Well when I called and spoke to Suzanne and told her what happened, she said "what they did was illegal and not to worry we will go get your dad". She did not charge extra to do this. She got my dad (an hr away) and brought him to her funeral home. And that is how it all began. Thank you Susanne 🙏 😇. You have gained a lifelong friend.
