  We had no idea how to go about buying a monument. Joseph and Frank talked us through the steps and hung in there through a number of design changes. Not a pleasant task but it went much better than we imagined.

  Michael Thrailkill is an incredibly dishonest person and a crook. DO NOT PURCHASE A MONUMENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Six years ago in 2016 I purchase a monument for my father’s grave and cups for my mother’s grave. I walked into Wellsmere looking to get an estimate from them and their competitor, Davis Monuments, which is down the street. Michael Thrailkill told me that Davis is closing and and Davis is sending all of their customers to Wellesmere. Unfortunately, I believed Micheal Thraikill, bought the monument and cups for both graves, just to have everything removed without any type of refund or explanation. Every time I called to talk to him he either hung up on me or was unavailable. Six years later he sends me an email about restoration “It has been six years since we completed your family memorial. You made some difficult choices then but in the end everything came out beautifully.” I called Michael Thraikill to ask why would he send me that email when he didn’t get the job done, took my money, and never explained why. He hung up on me. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. By the way, Davis Monuments never went out of business. They are currently still operating and have been for over 150 years!
