We feel so confident dropping her off that she’ll be safe, cared for, learn something new, enjoy time outside, and have fun! And we’ll be kept informed throughout the day with updates and pictures! I always say it feels like the center, teachers and administrators are an extension of our home and family - our daughter is there for the majority of her weekdays - and she loves it! We recommend Bright Horizons at Pembroke with all the ⭐️!!

Admins Catherine and Casey go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and included, and they are transparent with their great communication via email, in person, and beyond. I also love the teachers in the infant classroom so much. They care for my daughter like their own, which is all any parent wants! We are so happy to get updates during the day via the My Bright Day app, which makes me feel connected to my daughter when we aren't together. Plus, I love the inventive ideas and interactive activities she's gets to experience thanks to Bright Horizon's incredible curriculum.

The teachers and administrators are enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around. They’re inventive with their curriculum and the school is clean and cheery. We love that they make a point to go outside at least once each day weather permitting and that they involve parents using the My Bright Day app and various events at the school. We’d recommend them to anyone asking about preschool care in the area and will be sad to transition out later on this year when our daughter begins kindergarten.

Our son has been attending "school" at BH Pembroke from 13 weeks and is now in the toddler program. After thoughtful consideration and review of all the enhanced protocols in place we made the decision to start him back at school upon center re-opening this summer. The center is taking extraordinary measures to keep a safe and controlled environment while still making the children feel safe, happy and loved. As was the case before the shutdown, the BH team always provide clear and constant communication throughout each day/week. We are so thankful to the teachers and directors for going above and beyond each day, being an extension of our family and making this current situation feel a bit more manageable.
