The intake process was smooth, the initial tour was welcoming, and our child transitioned easily into the program. The app updates gave us real peace of mind and helped us feel connected throughout the day. The teachers have been truly outstanding—patient, caring, and intentional in how they support each child. We’ve seen incredible growth in language, confidence, and social skills since moving into the toddler room. It’s clear how much thought and care goes into the classroom, and we love that ongoing relationships with previous teachers continue to be encouraged. The admin team is communicative, proactive, and transparent, and the center feels positive and well-supported. Most importantly, our child is genuinely excited to go to school which says everything. We have a great deal of trust in Bright Horizons and highly recommend it.

Admins Catherine and Casey go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and included, and they are transparent with their great communication via email, in person, and beyond. I also love the teachers in the infant classroom so much. They care for my daughter like their own, which is all any parent wants! We are so happy to get updates during the day via the My Bright Day app, which makes me feel connected to my daughter when we aren't together. Plus, I love the inventive ideas and interactive activities she's gets to experience thanks to Bright Horizon's incredible curriculum.

The teachers and administrators are enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around. They’re inventive with their curriculum and the school is clean and cheery. We love that they make a point to go outside at least once each day weather permitting and that they involve parents using the My Bright Day app and various events at the school. We’d recommend them to anyone asking about preschool care in the area and will be sad to transition out later on this year when our daughter begins kindergarten.
