Jen and Lisa are so warm and caring, they know all of the children and parents by name, and are dedicated to ensuring that the little ones their care have the best experience possible! We loved all the great activities, the bright and clean classrooms, and the dedicated teachers. From day one, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our daughter came home every day excited to talk about her day and share all the new things she had learned. They have a great play space outside and do fun things outside all year long. We were so sad when it was time to go and would highly recommend this center!

All teachers and staff were so supportive since Day 1 and made the transition so easy for her. We have been so impressed by the quality of care and kindness and professionalism of all staff members. We take comfort knowing she is in a place where she is safe, active, and learning something new every day! She has thrived in this environment and grown so much over the past year. We would recommend Bright Horizons to anyone who is looking for a center in the area!

The facility is clean and well maintained. We chose Bright Horizons after looking at a few other childcare centers in the area. We thought the staff and facility stood out from the local competition.

We have nothing but excellent things to say about the Newburyport center, where we have spend the past 1.5 years. Our second is now starting in infants and even though we have been through everything already with our first, the care, attentiveness, compassion and engagement from the teachers and staff the second time around is as if we were going through this the first time - which is a huge sign of relief. The infant teachers help with keeping up with milestones, engagement with other children and have a genuine interest and love for our child and family. Our eldest spent time in preschool and kindergarten and the teachers are nothing but exceptional. The curriculum is engaging, challenging and fun all at the same time. We have seen so much progress with writing, letters, numbers and a love of learning and explorations that makes us proud to be members of the Bright Horizons family. Our family has two working parents and without Bright Horizons we would not be able to make it work. Their scheduling flexibility and hours are like no where else. We have loved and love our time with everything and everyone at Bright Horizons.
