Pulled our child out after recent issues in the news. We discussed in depth with their leadership and couldn't help but feel this was "too little too late" and the severity of the situation was being downplayed. There were also some off-putting comments made in those discussions that felt more like redirecting, gaslighting, and outright dishonest rather than genuinely caring about improving or providing transparency. While it does feel like they are making much more of an effort NOW, it feels reactive to bad publicity which I do not trust will last.
Good facility with a subset of teachers who seemed to really care about the kids more than others, but I do not trust them with the care of my child after what happened. Take it with a grain of salt because it is coming form a toddler, but our child is also day and night happier at his new daycare which seems to speak to the experience he was getting here.

We just recently enrolled our daughter here and the staff is amazing. I know my daughters in good hands. The center director Kristie is very thorough!

Natasha and her team at BrightPath in Medway are true angels. They provided the support and understanding we needed during such a tough transition. It’s amazing how a caring environment can help our child flourish! I'm so glad that our son is thriving, making friends, and rediscovering his joyful spirit.
Thank you!

Our child loves it here! We feel confident and safe with the caring staff and love their system for sharing with home.
We love this center and so do our children. This place is great, and the Staff are amazing – always friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The school is brand new and very clean – we are so impressed with the sanitation machine and how spotless the facility looks! Having all meals served by the school has made life so much easier - the diaper program has also been a game changer – it’s nice to have peace of mind that we will never run out. It is always a hard decision to leave your infant in the care of complete strangers but after the first day, our son fell in love with his teachers. Ms. Kelsie and Ms. Brittni are the best! They are caring, loving, patient and most of all knowledgeable about how to care for babies of all milestones. Even our older son enjoys going to school, playing on all the different play structures, and has fun while learning with the educational toys they have. He is so proud of his “new” school, and we have already seen some improvement after a few short months. We always see the Director, Ms. Tasha, being super hands on - whether it be in the office, giving tours, helping in classrooms/ changing diapers and/or prepping food in the kitchen. This group works well as a team and really cares about the kids and their safety.
