Every person who chooses to make Keystone their home has not only lived an extraordinary life but shares the desire to keep living life to the fullest.
Whether you choose Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care at Keystone Commons, we guarantee you will be both inspired and enabled to do just that!
Located on a beautifully landscaped campus in Ludlow, Massachusetts, our senior living community is committed to providing you with the ability to thrive! A highly engaged social life, physical and mental stimulation, and exceptional, innovative personal care are our cornerstones.
Moving to Keystone was quite a decision, especially for my husband who'd lived in our home for over 60 years! We already knew Keystone through a friend, which was a plus. For me, the transition was easy – I was ready two years prior! It's truly decreased my stress. I don't feel so alone, and the community is incredibly supportive. My husband, who isn't very mobile and has anxiety, really benefits; he knows help is just a button press away, and socializing at dinner makes a big difference for him.
The activities are plentiful and fabulous – our activities director and her staff are amazing! The residents are so accepting and helpful. When I had surgery, my neighbor stepped up and helped my husband get to the dining room for weeks! The staff, from housekeeping to the wonderful young wait staff, are all so friendly and caring. They deal with elderly residents in the most respectful way. The food is good, with plenty of options, especially the salads!
I would never have any problems recommending Keystone Commons senior living community. It's a beautiful, wonderful, and welcoming community. The support here is hard to beat!

My mom just moved into Keystone Commons in Ludlow and the staff have been so helpful with all the steps for this big transition. They have gone out of their way to make this easy on Mom and on us (her kids). Danielle from Keystone has helped Mom with introductions to other residents, arranging lunch for us on a very chaotic move-in day, and staying to be sure mom had a working tv before bed.

Where do I begin to review this marvelous place. First was setting up an appointment to tour the faculty for a family loved one with the very accommodating Grace Barone, who was a wealth of information. She gave a very informative and wonderful tour of all that Keystone has to offer, which I might add is plentiful. It’s such a serene and beautiful place which feels and looks like you’re living in the country, but in actuality is very close to grocery stores, Randall’s Farm and many other places to do business and also conveniently close to the Mass Pike and 91. The staff were always smiling and couldn’t do enough for you and it felt very homey with everyone of the residents seemly knowing each other and very friendly. Isn’t that what home is all about? Feeling happy and comfortable. Don’t overlook this little gem in Paradise. Beautiful inside and out.
