- AAAbigail ArenstamSep 11, 20251.0The teachers were nice enough but I did not feel as though they cared about my child’s safety. There were two or three days when we were completely unable to contact our child’s teacher or the center at all. The app was unreliable. The infant room was loud and over stimulating for the little ones. And in general we did not feel as though they cared about our kid at all. We stopped sending our child after only three weeks. I do not recommend you send your child here.

The community is welcoming and supportive, and the administration is organized, communicative, and quick to help. We always felt our children were safe, cared for, and encouraged to learn and explore. They have taken such good care of our kids, and leaving is truly bittersweet. We are grateful for the memories and the growth our family experienced here. Highly recommend.

The teachers go above and beyond. The lesson plans and activities are engaging and constantly changing to keep the kids engaged. Even when closed for the pandemic the school did virtual sessions so the kids could see their friends and teachers. They are always thinking about what’s best for the kids.

Bright Horizons has an incredible staff that not only made the transition smooth, but supported us in every step of our new routine. The teachers are so caring and thoughtful. My daughter cannot wait to see them every day and hugs them upon arrival. The administration is communicative, supportive, and transparent. I cannot recommend this childcare facility enough.
