  I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at BH Franklin! My kids were enrolled at BH Franklin since January 2020 and the staff at this center have truly become an extension of our family. Even after we moved 35 minutes away, we kept our kids at the same center and commuted to Franklin each day. The tenure of the staff, the transparent partnership with families, inclusivity, and genuine love of the kids make this center really something special. To give one example of this: my oldest had health issues as a baby and had a feeding tube for about 6 months. My husband and I were concerned that he wouldn't be able to attend daycare with his special needs. BH went above and beyond to get educated on how to work with and around the feeding tube, keep in constant communication with us, and make things as normal for our family as possible during a really turbulent time. It was their attitude that was most impressive - they weren't only willing to make accommodations, but enthusiastic about helping us retain some normalcy and giving my son a wonderful experience. We've had a positive experience with every teacher and staff member at this center and would recommend it to any family. They have the highest standards for learning and care and we appreciate the major role they've played in our family life.

  We have had an absolutely amazing experience at Bright Horizons at Franklin Industrial Park! Since joining the center in 2021, we have been consistently impressed by the exceptional care and education our child receives. The leadership team is phenomenal; they are not only approachable but genuinely invested in the well-being and development of each child. One of the standout features of this center is the longevity of the teaching staff, which is truly unmatched. It’s evident that the teachers are passionate about their work and have built strong relationships with the children, creating a nurturing and supportive environment. We feel so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community that prioritizes both education and emotional growth. Highly recommend Bright Horizons at Franklin Industrial Park to any parent looking for a top-notch early childhood experience!

  This is an excellent daycare.The teachers and the management of this centre are very good and compassionate. I would strongly recommend this centre to anyone.

  I have 2 children that attended the Bright Horizons Franklin Center. One started in the Toddler program and my other has been there full time since she was 3 months old. They have always had caring and supportive teachers that provide an engaging environment and curriculum. They have wonderful enrichment activities and really take the children's interests into consideration. With the recent pandemic and all of the regulations and precautions I have felt 100% confident that my child is safe and well cared for. The teachers really do a great job preparing children socially and emotionally to go onto elementary school.

  As a as a former parent, I was blessed my son was able to attend from infancy to preschool. I was pleased with the faculty who were loyal, dedicated, and experienced teacher's. I must say my child was very prepared for his Elementary years and now onto Middle School. I would like to think the center and staff contributed to his critical thinking, executive functioning, independence, and innovation, since he is enrolled in the honors program currently. Thank you for giving him the guidance and facilitation to learn at an age appropriate child centered program.
