  I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at BH Franklin! My kids were enrolled at BH Franklin since January 2020 and the staff at this center have truly become an extension of our family. Even after we moved 35 minutes away, we kept our kids at the same center and commuted to Franklin each day. The tenure of the staff, the transparent partnership with families, inclusivity, and genuine love of the kids make this center really something special. To give one example of this: my oldest had health issues as a baby and had a feeding tube for about 6 months. My husband and I were concerned that he wouldn't be able to attend daycare with his special needs. BH went above and beyond to get educated on how to work with and around the feeding tube, keep in constant communication with us, and make things as normal for our family as possible during a really turbulent time. It was their attitude that was most impressive - they weren't only willing to make accommodations, but enthusiastic about helping us retain some normalcy and giving my son a wonderful experience. We've had a positive experience with every teacher and staff member at this center and would recommend it to any family. They have the highest standards for learning and care and we appreciate the major role they've played in our family life.

  My two children had the wonderful opportunity to receive the best care and early education through the Franklin Bright Horizon center. Every teacher provided the highest quality of care that I expected as a parent. The curriculum that they were exposed to through each age group was top notch! Both of them were over prepared when entering kindergarten. My son who is 13 and daughter 9 still talk about their Bright Horizon days. For me as parent to still think about their early education and care is one thing but for them as kids to still talk about it tells me that I made the right decision in choosing and trusting BH Franklin!

  As a parent of twins who graduated from the Kindergarten Prep program at Bright Horizons Franklin, I look back fondly at the time the boys spent there. I believe the program and staff helped to establish a strong foundation in learning that continues to contribute to their success in school today. Bright Horizons' application of sound educational programming coupled with exceptional professionals is unparalleled. The compassion and patience I witnessed between the teachers and children gave me immense peace of mind. To this day, I refer parents to Bright Horizons in general and the Franklin Center whenever I can.

  I am a former teacher of Bright Horizons. I was a toddler teacher there for Four years under one of the bests EC’s you could ask for! Coleen Beale was an amazing roll model and taught me so many things from teaching and simple life lessons that I will forever carry with me! She is a wonderful person to work for and I would do anything to go back and be part of her team again! She may run a hard ship but her ship never sinks! My toddler team became my family and I am forever greatful for everything I was taught!

  We are really happy we made the decision to join the Bright Horizons family. The infrastructure and the staffs are top notch at the Franklin Center. Although my daughter has only been in the center for just 2 months, she's already learned so much. Whether it's a new word, a new dance move or counting from 1 to 10, everyday there is a surprise waiting for us and we thank all the teachers for her growth. Also, checking her pictures throughout the day has become my new habit now :D
