  The Bright Horizon Franklin location is by far the best place I could ever recommend for a daycare. My child has been in attendance since the Infant Classroom in Sept '22, now into Pre-K/Preschool and we have had positive interactions with all teachers, directors, and support staff every step of the way. Jen and Michelle, the Center Directors, run the location and you can see how much of themselves they pour into the center. The teachers long tenure, as well as the directors, is a direct reflection of the effort put towards building a happy and healthy learning AND working environment. Many teachers have a decade+ of tenure, and more importantly, at that specific location. My child loves going to school every day and it's been such a joy to see my child grow and learn new skills I wouldn't otherwise think to teach myself. As a working mom with a high stress, high needs job, BH Franklin has been a key part of my success. My child is happy, well adjusted, and knowing they're in good hands every day gives me a chance to enjoy my time at home with them and have none of the "mom guilt". Another awesome bonus is their STEM-forward curriculum. My husband and I are both in the software industry and appreciate that our child is already on their way to learning core STEM principles such as math, physics, biology, etc. In the case of a diverse child, we also are lucky enough to have a teacher who also was a theater teacher, so our child comes home singing songs and acting out stories that they read that day. It really helps build a well rounded individual!

  Our children have been attending Bright Horizons for about nine years, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience they've had. The teachers here are truly exceptional—they treat the children like their own, showing genuine care and love every day. The activities are always engaging, fun, and educational, which has helped our kids grow and thrive in a warm, supportive environment. The high caliber of educators at Bright Horizons is evident in everything they do. It's a wonderful place where kids are not just cared for but nurtured, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a great daycare for our family.

  Two of my children attended Bright Horizons in Franklin from Infant to Preschool and were more than equipped with the tools they needed to succeed in Kindergarten as a result. Currently, my youngest daughter attends the infant program at the center and I could again not be happier with the program. We made the decision to place her in care at the end of July and, while I was nervous at first given the current situation, it was the best decision for us. From day one, I was comfortable leaving her there and immediately knew she was in great hands. The center follows all of the necessary health & safety precautions and takes them seriously. Each morning we are met with a smile as we go through our screening. At the end of the morning process, I leave the center with peace of mind. Each and every staff member follows all protocols. When I drop my daughter off and pick her up there always is a gigantic smile on her face even though every adult around her wears a mask. She adores her infant teachers and is provided with constant opportunities to interact with her peers and participate in learning experiences. I know that she too will leave the center prepared for kindergarten as did my other two children. I feel so fortunate that she is surrounded by nurturing teachers and is able to attend Franklin!

  My two children had the wonderful opportunity to receive the best care and early education through the Franklin Bright Horizon center. Every teacher provided the highest quality of care that I expected as a parent. The curriculum that they were exposed to through each age group was top notch! Both of them were over prepared when entering kindergarten. My son who is 13 and daughter 9 still talk about their Bright Horizon days. For me as parent to still think about their early education and care is one thing but for them as kids to still talk about it tells me that I made the right decision in choosing and trusting BH Franklin!

  I am a former teacher of Bright Horizons. I was a toddler teacher there for Four years under one of the bests EC’s you could ask for! Coleen Beale was an amazing roll model and taught me so many things from teaching and simple life lessons that I will forever carry with me! She is a wonderful person to work for and I would do anything to go back and be part of her team again! She may run a hard ship but her ship never sinks! My toddler team became my family and I am forever greatful for everything I was taught!
