- AAAnonymousNov 3, 20255.0My family member has been here for several months. With any new situation, you always have concerns. I found that voicing your concerns also helps the staff to better know the patient. I have had great communication with the unit manager on the Charlton Unit. Several CNAs are very very good at what they do. I will definitely pass their names on to their managers. Sarah Brayton is kept very clean. It's never an easy decision to place a loved one in a home. I do believe staffing issues exist in every nursing home. But overall I've been satisfied with the care my family member is receiving.

The big building is beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming leaving a warm, positive experience the moment you enter. The activity staff is always creative where you can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a short term or long term stay for their loved ones.
