  My 4 y/o Grandson was terminated from this daycare after expressing concerns about dangerous staffing shortages and inadequate safety measures for better supervision. When voiced concerns management blatantly disregarded and refused to address the safety issues. The lack of safety oversight is alarming! This facility is repeatedly understaffed and the staff turnover is extremely high, resulting in instability at its highest level. Directors, Assistant Directors and Teachers have come and gone at a rapid pace. I’ve read a few honest reviews that have rated 1 star and 1000% I concur. It’s true, management lies and twists the truth to do whatever’s necessary to fit and control their narrative. My Grandson was coming home with what looked like scratches caused by an adult’s fingernails on his face and when requested to view the camera footage, we were given this ridiculous excuse that the tape erases after a few days and denied access to the camera footage. There’s no transparency when incidents occur and a lack of consistency in reporting incidents. I was told by the Site Director, Deborah Silvia, that if my 3 y/o Grandson at the time couldn’t conform that Bright Path wasn’t the daycare for him. This facility is given cult like practices. I strongly advise parents to look elsewhere until MAJOR CHANGES and IMPROVEMENTS are made in Management.I would give this facility zero stars but I would not have been able to leave a review.

  Love Brightpath and their staff, from the director to the teachers. My niece attended BP at 5 months all the way to her toddler stage. She did amazing and was very advanced. Teachers are attentive and supportive with great communication. Thank you Ms Aflaudite and Ms Ashley for loving and caring for Jojo. Xo

  Believe all the reviews you see here about them neglecting your child. My son wasn't given milk because "they didn't know if he had a milk allergy". What do you have my contact info for then? So the better solution is to give him nothing? Absolutely unacceptable my son was also pulled after a few months. I'm not surprised to see other parents complaining about similar carelessness there is no way 10+ parents all with similar complaints are crazy.

  I asked for a direct number or a call never received one. My child with autism was dragged in to class room By teacher after having a tantrum at drop off . My children were extremely hungry all the time. They were always sad and never wanted to attend. The classes are over crowded and the staff is horrible. My children only attend 6 mths .
