  BrightPath Daycare is hands down one of the worst childcare experiences I’ve ever encountered. This place is a total mess — unprofessional, disorganized, and downright careless. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that no one there truly cares. The staff treat parents with zero respect, act irritated when asked basic questions, and show no warmth or genuine interest in the kids they’re supposed to be caring for. Communication is almost nonexistent. You’re left in the dark about your child’s day, and when you try to get answers, you're met with attitude and excuses. It's as if being transparent or respectful is beneath them. The management? Completely useless. Either they’re never available, or they’re too busy pretending everything is fine while the place falls apart around them. The facility itself is run down and chaotic. I saw firsthand how overwhelmed and undertrained the staff are — and frankly, it's alarming. The turnover is constant, which says a lot. There’s no consistency, no stability, and certainly no nurturing environment. It's more like a holding pen than a daycare. If you value your child’s well-being, emotional development, or even basic safety, **stay far away from BrightPath**. This place is a dumpster fire disguised as childcare. I regret ever stepping foot in there, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

  Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned I would strongly caution any parent considering Bright Paths daycare. My son was physically assaulted by other children THREE times in just one week, including being bitten and not once did any staff member “witness” which I don’t believe or intervene in these incidents. To make matters worse, I personally witnessed a teacher on her phone during pickup while my son was being attacked right in front of her. There was absolutely no urgency, no accountability, nor transparency and no real explanation offered—just excuses. The Directors Samatha and Ariana were extremely unprofessional, rude, insensitive and dismissive whenever I voiced a concern. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Daycares should be a safe, nurturing environment, and Bright Paths has completely failed in their responsibility to protect my children in their care. I’ve lost all trust in this facility, and I would never recommend it to another parent. Parents deserve a school that prioritizes the quality of care given to their children.

  I can't say enough good things about this daycare! The teachers are incredibly caring and genuinely love my girls, creating a nurturing environment where they thrive. I appreciate how they keep the kids active and engaged with plenty of outdoor activities and in the age appropriate separate playgrounds. The sense of community is wonderful, with great opportunities for family connection and mutual respect. Security is highly monitored. Highly recommend!

  The staff are so great, always caring and attentive, and administration is super-responsive and involved with the kids. We were amazed to watch our child's skills grow as soon as he started attending BrightPath Braintree!
