  We started at Bright Horizons in 2023 and have been so incredibly happy ever since. My first experience was taking a tour with Amanda, and from the moment I walked in and saw her friendly face, I immediately felt at ease. Since then, Amanda has continued to go above and beyond to ensure our family’s needs—both as parents and for our children—are met. The entire Bright Horizons team shares the same level of care and dedication. The teachers are all warm, welcoming, and are always happy faces to see. It’s so comforting to know that when my children are there, they are safe, they have fun and truly feel loved by their teachers. It’s also been amazing to see how much both of my children have learned and grown—it’s truly exciting to watch. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons at Braintree Hill to anyone looking for a center that is reliable, nurturing, and accommodating. A daycare that you feel confident that your child will thrive and will enjoy the day with their teachers and friends!

  I have used backup daycare at other Bright Horizon locations and never had an issue. However, I will not be brining my daughter back to this location. Management is poor, an incident happened and my daughter had to tell me about it vs the staff. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. As a mom when your gut doesn’t sit right trust it.

  As we are closing in on the end of our stay with Bright Horizons at Braintree Hill, I wanted to update my post with a final Thank you and recommendation for the center. Our daughter will be entering Kindergarten, and our son will be in 2nd grade this coming September, and I know that they both have grown so much because of the education and love they have received at this center. I trust and respect all the teachers my children have had in the different classrooms as well as the management of the facility. Organized, clean, and consistent are just a few words to explain how this center is run. The curriculum has 100% prepared both my children for kindergarten academically and the atmosphere has prepared them socially. I will miss the daily pictures, the fun activities planned especially in summer, and the friendly staff I come to adore over the years. Our family loves and highly recommends this center for a place to call home for the early years of childhood. Original Post 2022: Bright Horizons at Braintree Hill is a very bright and clean center with friendly and approachable staff. Both our son and daughter have thrived in the center because of the love of the teachers and the positive environment at the center. We appreciate the detail to each room and the children’s needs; from infant to toddler to preschool. One area that stands out is the pre K prep program within the preschool classroom setting. This program focuses on children set to graduate into kindergarten in the Fall. The “pre-K preppers” spend a portion of each day in their own classroom with special instruction. The curriculum includes a variety of topics including reading, writing, math, science, etc. We find our son constantly coming home eager to tell us about the different topics that he has learned about in class. We know he is ready for kindergarten and excited for our daughter to get the same experience. To add, our tenure at Braintree Hill includes both pre and post COVID and we have found that the staff has done an excellent job navigating the challenges associated with operating a daycare center during COVID. As part of a continuing safety procedure Bright Horizons has instituted various protocols in partnership with the local medical community. We found these policies to be appropriate and fluid; as conditions in the world changed related to COVID, the center responded appropriately with changes to their own policies.

  Words cannot express how appreciative we are for BH Braintree. Our child has been in the infant program and now the toddler program and we have witnessed her develop so much in the last few months with her at the center. We appreciate how professional the directors are. Alyssa and Sara are sweet and thoughtful. They provide a lot of information and have eased any concerns I had as a new parent leaving my baby at a daycare. The teachers are sweet and have a loving teaching style. They fill our child’s day with activities including sensory, reading, pretend play,, painting, and spend some time outdoors. I highly recommend this center!
