- NJNick JubbSep 12, 20195.0Having used other daycare centers over the last five years, including another Bright Horizons center, I can honestly say this center has provided us with the best experience by far. The center itself is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows providing an ever-changing landscape for the kids to watch, the outside area is a wonderful resource for the kids that many other centers lack, and the staff are simply fantastic. Without exception (we have experienced infant, toddler and pre-school), they are highly engaged, warm, welcoming to both kids and parents, and show a genuine, personal interest in the kids’ development and care, beyond their professional duties. I would not hesitate to recommend.
- FMFrank MietheSep 12, 20195.0I have been nothing but impressed with the staff from Bright Horizons. We started using BH on a back up basis for emergency purposes. Even though our son went there sparingly, they made us feel welcome and like he was a member of their family. They would also send me picture updates during the day and even emailed me at work, sending me a picture of my son to show me he was doing great after a particularly hard drop off. We eventually upgraded to a consistent few days a week so our son could get more social interaction with other kids. The teaching staff has been great, they are always happy and willing to stay a little after the close to give updates and tell you about your kid's day. They are creative with their lesson plans and I am always amazed at how they are able to get entire classes of toddlers to sit and actively participate in the activities. The app the center has is great, giving you pictures and an in-depth description of that day's activities.
