We fell into the program after needing to use backup care days due to a flaky nanny and couldn’t have been happier with the transition to this daycare for my then 10 month old. She was there from 10 months until nearly 2 years 9 months (infant and toddler) and we were all sad to leave this facility when we moved away from Boston. It’s been 6 months and even this morning something reminded my daughter of her “old school” and she told me how much she misses them. It’s a great group of educators and supporting staff. You can tell they really care about the kids and families. They host many fun events and include the parents as well which is an excellent way to build local community. We miss everyone at Bright Horizons Fan Pier.

My daughter had never been to daycare before but her teachers Miss Patty and Miss Natali helped her transition as smoothly as possible (after we had also moved from Virginia). Our little one had a lot going on but in a few weeks time, she was so happy and enjoyed her time at BH. After a few more weeks she was excited to go and made friends. She has truly flourished beyond our expectations and has developmentally excelled from mobility to independent play to focus to love of books and socially. The other center support staff have also been so incredible. I felt confident leaving my little one everyday knowing she was getting the best care possible and had the best team looking after her. I would encourage anyone to send their children here. Thank you to everyone at Fan Pier for taking such great care of our baby

She loves playing with the other babies and all of the infant teachers are amazing...especially our daughter's main teacher Ms. Jo! She loves her and gets so excited in the morning when we ask her if she's ready to go see Ms. Jo. We're so happy to have found the Bright Horizons Fan Pier location!

Our toddler is treated like family, being cared for beyond the classroom, and is genuinely excited to go in every day. The teachers (Ms. Patty and Ms. Keyona) are so creative about the kids' activities and we love the hourly updates and photos that connect us to the classroom, as well as seeing all the art that is sent home. Thank you to the all-star Fan Pier team for making our time at the center so wonderful, even during COVID! We felt safe and cared for.
