We placed our baby here for 1 week as back-up daycare. We gave them a call because we realized we left our sleep sack and pacifier there. We were told that they never have our sleep sack and lost the pacifier which was frustrating because for a whole week no one informed us about either. Even more frustrating that our baby slept without a sleep sack.

My family has been a part of this center since they opened 15 years ago. My youngest continues to use them for Back-Up Care. We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful teachers they have and the care they give. Thank You!!!

Enrolled my son in the infant program for part time care. He only attended two days and both days came home with marks on his body, scratches, was in another babies diaper, left in soiled clothing and none of these situations were reported to me. I ensure my son has ample clothing, diapers and food for the day. Communication is minimal, you do get some photos which is adorable but to not reach out for important matters is a really big issue. Frankly, it's inexcusable. If he is being put in another child's diaper is he also being fed someone else's food or bottles? The marks on his body anger me to another level for ONE reason: no one told me. These things happen in daycare and anyone who has an infant knows their nails are little daggers I just don't appreciate finding marks on my baby after I leave him in their care.

Enrolled my daughter at this "school" approximately two years ago. Staff is unresponsive and unwilling to share information. I was forced to subpoena my own daughter's attendance/developmental records, incurring thousands of dollars in unnecessary legal expenses. At times, I even had to take an afternoon off of work to personally go to the school and ask for information, given their refusal to promptly return emails and/or phone calls. Cost of the facility is 3x any school in the area. When I inquired why the school was so expensive, I was told it was based solely on location - not curriculum. Based on conversations with other parents, it is my understanding that there are far superior schools at a fraction of the cost. Would strongly advise against allowing your child to attend this school if you expect any updates or information regarding their development.
