  We absolutely loved this daycare! I literally cried when we had to move because of how well my baby was cared for. This place is like family and most of the workers have been there for a long time which speaks volumes!!! I’m talking like 30 year anniversaries!! They never missed a beat, if something was forgotten they fixed it, let this momma bear vent sometimes and sent us so many updates!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

  Bright Horizons has been nothing short of amazing for our family. Both of my daughters, who are three and five, attended their preschool and pre-K, and from the moment we walked in, we felt at home. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous at first because of the cost, but looking back, it was worth every single penny. The love and care that the staff put into their work is something special. Dianne, the director, along with Jenna and Laura, have created an environment that’s not just great for the kids but for the staff as well. You can see it in the way they interact—with each other and with the children. It’s clear that they genuinely love what they do, and that energy rubs off on everyone, especially the kids. My girls didn’t just grow academically; they blossomed emotionally and socially too. As a military family, it was such a relief to find a place that understood our unique situation and worked with us so seamlessly. Bright Horizons truly became like a second family for us. We love this place, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a nurturing and loving environment for their children.

  We are incredibly happy with our experience at Bright Horizons and how much of a positive influence all the staff has been for our children! We've been at Bright Horizons for the last 4 years with our oldest and middle children both starting in the Infant room all the way through our oldest having just graduated from Kindergarten Prep, and with our third child about to enter the Infant room. During our entire time at the school we've found the teachers and staff to be incredibly caring, enthusiastic, and responsive. The level of communication from the teachers, both in person and through the My Bright Day app, has ensured that we have been able to have a highly collaborative partnership on all aspects of our experience and while navigating all of the different development milestones (dropping naps, eating solids, potty training, learning to read and write, etc). We have been impressed with the focus on engaging curriculum as it creates age appropriate challenges for our children and has been a large part of encouraging their development. The front desk staff and director are very responsive and have been wonderful to work with for all of our questions as well as ensuring parents are part of the school community. As we get ready for the transition to the public school environment, we are grateful for how much the KPrep classroom has facilitated our daughter's level of independence and exposed her to the rhythms and format of a traditional classroom. We are so grateful to have a fun, caring, safe, and warm school for our children!

  My son went to Bright Horizons at Crosby for 4 years and it was a wonderful experience! The classrooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The teachers and the admin staff are experienced, caring and very helpful. They have wonderful teachers who understand that each child is different, and they help them to develop and grow based on that. My son was always excited to be there every morning, and watching him telling me on our way home all the fun things he did and learned was priceless. I can see the positive impact of the 4 years in his life, especially in his education, now that he is in kindergarten, and in his social skills as well.

  This place is 6 out of 5 stars. Clearly a technology glitch, if you're only reading 5 stars. They are so professional, gave us a great tour, and are filled with excellent caregivers. They also have an app which they use to make sure they document all of his diaper changes, naps, and meals. In addition, they also have pictures they take, so while my wife and I are at work, we can see a snap or two each day of fun important stuff. It is so relieving to know that our son is being well taken care of while we're at work, and that we have pictures and information and conversations about his development and care. I can't recommend them enough.
