The operation is very reliable and rarely closes due to snow storms (only one closure that I recall in recent years). We feel safe with the COVID protocols that the Center enforces.

It has been a wonderful experience and I appreciate how much care and attention they are putting into keeping the center safe. My son has benefited from being in Infant 1 so much, especially being surrounded by other kids and learning from his great teachers. We are so thankful to have Bright Horizons for our son during this challenging time!

All the teachers, and I include the leadership team since every single person there knew our son and contributed to his care and education, are outstanding: warm and friendly, full of good ideas and initiative, immediately responsive, flexible, understanding, organized, attentive to every detail. These teachers set a great example, and they are extremely good at what they do--from writing to math to science to art to physical education to social-emotional learning. I'd give them six stars if I could!
