  Deeply disappointed and heartbroken as a parent. I scheduled a day at the daycare for my daughter a week in advance. The app showed “pending confirmation,” but no one contacted me, no instructions were given, and I never received any update. When I showed up on the scheduled day, I was told there was no spot for her. My daughter was excited and ended up crying, confused and hurt. It was an extremely frustrating and traumatic experience — not just for her, but for me as a parent. I had to scramble to rearrange my work day, all while dealing with the sadness of seeing my child let down by a place that should have been welcoming and reliable.

  It is the best choice we have made for our kids and ourselves! Teachers and staff at the center are beyond helpful and nurturing. COVID time is difficult for everyone, Center did everything in their power to ensure the health safety for the kids, family, as well as teachers and staff. My kids learnt so much ever since they started here. I see with my own eyes the connections they have built with all of their teachers and Christina and Melanie ❤️ if your kids tell you their teachers are their best friends and they want to hangout (or even have sleepovers ) with them, you know they are in good hands. ❤️ I can’t say enough good things about this place.

  We have been going to this center for almost 5 years now with two different children, one who started there as an infant and is now about to graduate in June. We have been pleased from start to finish with the Center's staff and teachers. My main goal for childcare is to have a place where my children are loved and taken care of while we are at work; I can wholeheartedly say that my children got this and more at Brickstone - they learned a ton, made wonderful friends, and had lots of fun doing it. We will surely miss our days at Brickstone!

  I have 2 daughters who attend Bright Horizons at Brickstone. One started at about 5 months old in the infant room (and is about to move into the Toddler program) and my older daughter started at age 2.7 in preschool. I was initially very hesitant to send my girls to a daycare center, but we have had an amazing experience and now cannot imagine life without Bright Horizons. It is hard for any parent to leave their kids, but it is the best feeling knowing that both of my kids love being at school and are so lovingly cared for. One of my children has allergies, and Bright Horizons has been able to expertly navigate this and put my mind at ease that she is in a safe place. Each child is truly cared for as an individual and all of the teachers and staff do everything they can to ensure a good experience for the entire family. The teachers are some of the most patient people I have ever encountered which is a critical trait for early education providers. A bonus is the fun and enriching extracurricular activities the children get to be involved in, including music, art, yoga and gardening!

  Where do I even begin? We just absolutely love it ! We enrolled our son almost a year ago and are so glad we did. All the teachers and staff are awesome ! I love that the teacher to child ratio for toddler classes is smaller than other centers. All the work that they put into the curriculum and activities for the children is incredible; they are always changing it up, so children don't get bored. And they also have yoga, art classes, and music. Our son loves it here and we could not be happier that we enrolled him at Bright Horizons in Brickstone Square !!
