During his time here, he not only received excellent care but also grew tremendously—learning so many skills and becoming confident in doing things independently. I cannot recommend this place enough! The teachers and management team are outstanding. They care deeply about the children, communicate clearly, and always keep parents informed. With real-time updates, the app give us peace of mind throughout the day. We are so grateful for the love, attention, and dedication shown by everyone at Bright Horizons. It has been such a positive and nurturing environment for our child, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We (and the kids) love it - the teachers all seem to really love their jobs and care about the kids. The people who work there make the place really special. It is clear when he comes home that he is gaining knowledge and skills that are provided at daycare. He seems genuinely happy at bright horizons!
- ASAmber SJan 31, 20225.0My son is 14 months old and has been attending Bright Horizons at Tulane since he was about 6 months old. First off, he absolutely loves it. Ms. Denise is the only person outside of our family that he actually reaches for. We get picture and/or video updates almost every day, which are delightful. They track everything from naps to meals to diaper changes in the app. The staff is just wonderful. I've never had a bad experience with any of them and everyone knows my son's name and says hello to him. Of course, incidents like falling or getting mildly hurt are inevitable. If something happens, they call me immediately to let me know. Same goes for if he gets sick during the day, which has thankfully only happened once. They take COVID precautions very seriously! Masks are required for adults at all times, there's a symptom checker you have to fill out in the app every morning, and temperature of the child and anyone accompanying them is taken at drop-off. If a family reports a COVID exposure, the entire class is closed for the quarantine period, which makes it much less likely to be passed around. If a child is diagnosed with RSV, all families in that class get an alert. I was honestly terrified to send my child to daycare in the middle of a pandemic but I genuinely feel that he is safe here. We live in Metairie, I work in Elmwood, and my husband works Uptown (we both work for Tulane). We drive 20-30 minutes to drop our son off and pick him up. It's worth the distance. It's worth the price, which is admittedly quite high. I wholeheartedly recommend BH to any local families who have the means to send their kids here.
