There aren’t enough words to say how much we love BH at Tulane. Ms. Ashley runs the greatest program and our son was deeply cared for, stimulated, and well fed, haha! Ms. Britany & Ms. Ikim felt like family. And most importantly, my son came home so happy every day.

Please don't send your children here. My son came home like a zombie in the evenings, as if he either was drugged or got zero sleep during the day. He wasn't himself for hours after he came home. They couldn't keep his belongings straight, and I was told twice in a week that they ran out of wipes after we provided a set of 250. They were disorganized and we couldn't have him there for more than a week before we pulled him. Something seriously wrong was going on there.

Amazing teachers horrible management. The only reason we stayed for over a year was because of the teachers and the only reason we left was because of management. Teachers are overworked and unsupported. I raised concerns about teachers having to organize with each other and relocate children between classrooms due to staff shortness; I often came at 9am with no one to welcome our baby due to a teacher being absent and parents not being informed. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I found my child’s teacher with 7 babies (way over state ratio as our baby was in the infant classroom then which should be 1-5)in the middle of the day, struggling to tend to all of them. Again because she was unsupported and management did not even know she was left alone. Their response? “She should’ve asked for help” hard to do when you’re caring for 7 babies. This was a clear violation of state law and I raised it to the regional director and VP, who without any accountability brush my concern off with a “I don’t know what to tell you” and “it’s your version of the story.” The director then told me they had given the teacher walkie talkies to request help if they were understaffed, but that should be know by management in the first place to avoid having scenarios like that. After that I put my baby in every single waitlist. Earlier this year we were able to finally leave bright horizons. Of course all daycares are also businesses but bright horizons, a huge company is only concerned with money and that is their main priority. Just Google them, find what they’re really for.

We've had a wonderful experience. Ms. Brittany in the 2s class is especially wonderful.

We love Bright Horizons for both our backup childcare and full time child care. Teachers are friendly, engaging and really love the children. We get daily pictures and reports online and literally my child can’t wait to go back each day. Can’t say enough good things.
