- JMJennifer MedinaMar 2, 20251.0Paid deposit last year and never got a call. I lost my deposit and when I called they said they had no teachers. They prioritized medical staff before regular people. Be careful of not getting your deposit back , they denied mines.

Our son went there from 1-2 years old, and we left only because we wanted a daycare closer to home. In the beginning while my son was getting used to the daycare, the faculty helped him so much. Their patience, kindness, and structure really helped him adjust and progress throughout that year. He learned so much, and I enjoyed how they kept me updated with pictures and messages through the app. I also really appreciated the menu that the school gave to my son. It was comforting to know that he was getting high quality meals there. Our biggest concern was a high turnover of teachers during his first few months, but that problem eventually was handled, and he was able to bond with consistent teachers for his class. Overall, we are really thankful for this facility and his teachers that helped him along the way.

I can’t express enough how pleased I am with this facility. My son is excited to go to school everyday, and he’s learning so much. He especially loves Miss Tomia! We plan to stay until he starts kindergarten. The peace of mind I get is worth every single penny. There’s no facility in this area that can even compare. I wish I could accurately put into words how amazing the staff is here!

While it may cost more to attend here versus other centers in the area, I know I'm paying for the quality they provide. Their hours and scheduling is also more flexible than any other center. The My Bright Day app is amazing too! I get updates, pictures, videos, and reminders about my child.

They've made me feel so much better about leaving my little one in their care. The app is really handy, too, and helped curb my anxiety in the first few weeks, since my little girl's my first child. The staff here also really create a bond with the child, which shows how sincere they are. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a daycare.
