  Our family began our relationship with Serinity Private Care when our elderly mother, living in a retirement community contacted Covid during the height of the pandemic and like many others became very ill. Although she recovered, it soon became apparent that our mother was not going to be as "independent" as before and that she would need some assistance with her daily routine moving forward. Referred by employees at Mom's residence, Jackie Moore and her team of care givers came into our lives and have been a part of the family ever since. The excellent care my mom receives on a daily basis has been nothing but a blessing and our family truly believes that the genuine love and concern Jackie's staff (our "Angels") show Mother is the reason she is still experiencing a great quality of life at age 95! I highly recommend Serinity Private Care to anyone who may be faced with needing assistance for a loved one.

  Our family partnered with Jackie Moore the CEO and founder of Serenity Private Care, and her professional and extremely well qualified team, on behalf of our aging mother. In speaking with others about the care that their loved ones received, and/or are receiving, Serenity Private Care surpasses their competitors. It reinforces that Serenity Private Care is bar none the best in Baton Rouge, and the surrounding areas. Jackie and her team are not only consummate professionals, but they also take a collaborative approach to the patient’s care with dignity and respect, and in which patients actively participate in their own medical treatment (when they are able to do so), in close cooperation with family and their health care team. This includes, but is not limited to listening to patients, providing emotional support, demonstrating compassion, and creating those environments, ensuring that the patient feels well taken care of, including their safety. While our mother has now passed, we remain in touch with Serenity Private Care. We have the utmost respect, and heartfelt appreciation for what each member of the Serenity team does, how they do it, at the leadership of Jackie Moore.

  Ms. Jackie Moore and her staff were fantastic! We needed 24 hour care for our elderly father in a pinch, and Serenity Private Care helped us figure out how to manage. The wonderful sitters helped my elderly dad by tidying his space, preparing meals, and making sure he was safe. They took care of him like he was family. I can’t say enough good things and Ibwould give more than 5!stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
