MISSION - Hope Hill exists to provide high quality services in a safe, loving, and therapeutic environment to Kentucky's most disadvantaged and vulnerable children and families.
Hope Hill Youth Services is a faith-driven private 501(c)3 non-profit founded in 1960 by Reverend Robert and Ruby Kitchen. We accomplish our mission by providing Foster Care & Adoption, Independent Living, and In-Home Family and Adolescent Services.
Hope Hill has office locations in Mt. Sterling, West Liberty, Morehead, Hazard and Prestonsburg.
