Everything was very clean and well cared for. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful ... and really seemed to care about my comfort as a guest a the hotel. I hd a couple of requests and they were happy to help accommodate me. It really is a great place to stay and I totally recommend it. It is just next to the University of Louisville and easy on / off of two of the main freeways through town. Thank you.
- LGLynn GrissDec 27, 20255.0The hotel staff is amazing. The rooms are very nice with a full kitchen with the exception of an oven which you can get around. The food buffet it's nice. The social events are a plus. It is a pet friendly hotel, but you would never guess that there were pets there. It's relatively quiet, even with the airplanes going overhead. Housekeeping does an amazing job. There's no pool. However, there is a Jim and laundrie, which is a free to use service as long as you have. The chemicals in the fabric softener. I would definitely.I prefer them to others.
- JLJason LutzDec 13, 20254.0We got a 1 room suite with king bed. We have 4 in our party with 2 teenage sons. Couch pulls out and comfortable for a pullout. The king bed was super comfortable. Shower is spacious. Breakfast fit everyones wants. Our only issue is the doors are sliding between the bedroom and living room and also bedroom to bathroom. They do not lock or provide much privacy. We could hear the neighbor above us flush toilet. Drop things. But no voices. Planes are noisy when they fly over but it didnt wake us and wasnt as often as we thought it would be. Overall we would stay here again
