- MPMelissa POct 5, 20245.0I cannot say enough about this school and the selfless love, life skills and kindness I see reflected in my children because of the staff's influence. My first child didn't start here until after she was 2, and within 6 months did so well that she graduated from speech and physical therapy, which her therapists directly attributed to the teaching background and dedication of her teachers at Bright Horizons. When I see my oldest child with other children, she is notably more adjusted, aware and inclusive of others, which are skills I know she learned at BH. The director is like a fairy godmother who seems to truly care about each child, knows the kids and their families well, and similarly very prompt and professional with communication. She is there before sunup and often after sundown, and always with a smile on her face. They have an app and emails that give clear details about my children's day-to-day activities, from the STEM curriculum to what they eat, how much, their toileting, their naps and photos of them throughout the day. The facility is very clean, safe, peaceful and well-maintained. I have never walked in and heard yelling or harsh correction like I have at other schools. My children are always excited to go to school and I always feel confident that they are well-taken care of and becoming better people every day.

We started our daughter at 6 months here and I was very nervous as she is our first child and we didn’t know what to expect. The teachers in her class and the director have been so comforting as we moved through this transition. They share so many pictures, her milestones, and check ins on her mood. They take the time to tell us about her day, how she was feeling, and generally make us feel like they’re an extension of ourselves. Our daughter is transitioning to the next classroom now and I am looking forward to getting to know those teachers. We have had a highly positive experience with this center.

I’ve had two children as students here, and I never doubted the quality and compassion this place has for what they do. I was always clearly communicated with and the curriculum never included TVs, which I love. We will miss having our kids here!
- DDDebalina DattaOct 27, 20213.0Pros:Good curriculum, healthy food served to kids,large play areas, good Covid protocols,the director Miss Jenifer is very warm and helpful. Cons: Expensive, fixed drop off time. The incharge at the Preschool building is extremely rude and grumpy, won't shy away from insulting you if you drop your kid late. She would act like I was interrupting her break time or meeting time when I requested for late drop off. Parent Teacher interaction was minimum the time my kid was there.

My son attended both the nursery school, preschool, and now the summer camp, and my daughter currently attends preschool there. She has cerebral palsy but is intellectually typical, and the teachers are wonderful with her. They help her when needed but treat her like all the other kids. Fantastic extracurriculars and caring teachers.
