- SCSila CetikJan 30, 20245.0I only have good things to say about this place. My daughter loves Bright Horizons. They do different activities every day. The whole team is very positive and supportive. The teachers are always very caring and understanding. It is great that they have an open-door policy and that they keep you informed of your child's condition with photos frequently throughout the day. Whenever I visit the school, all the classrooms are very clean, and all the teachers take care of the children. Having an indoor playground for bad weather and the chance to spend time outdoors in good weather is also a plus.

When it came time to start our younger daughter, we interviewed several places and made the decision to come back as many of the personnel were the same and we love and trust them. Both of my children have dietary restrictions and the center worked closely with me to make sure everyone was comfortable with the food options. Additionally, diversity of backgrounds is an important value for my family and this location has excellent diversity in both students and care givers!

It was one of the more expensive ones I evaluated and with a longer waiting list but it was well-worth it. Some turnover but not huge, and very kind and receptive staff. I loved his teacher who gave him lots of hugs and attention. I cried when I left them but the downtown location was killing my commutes in and out of the area during rush hour. Highly recommend this school and location.
