If they're not motivated enough to collect a giant check, consider how unmotivated they'll be on the matter of your departed.

Almost started the graveside service without all the pallbarrors. And boutineers, well, here's a pic, a sticker???!! Sorry not impressed at all!!!

At 11:15 we called dermitt in Peonia to ask where they were at, only to be informed that "THEY FORGOT" At 11:39 they informed us they have started the hour and fifteen minute drive. These guys are idiots and anything but professional. Your loved ones deserve better. P.S. They forgot the second days viewing, and misinformed the family about it too.
