My mom's tombstone is leaning. It's been place for about 6 years. They want $800 to re-set it. It should have been done right the first time. They claim they need the paperwork. I don't know of a single place that doesn't keep a copy of THEIR OWN PAPERWORK!! DON'T USE THIS PLACE

Very disappointed with the stone. The names and decorations started to weather off after 5 years. Still waiting for them to fix it and it will encompass a new charge. I’ve never had such negative experience with what is expected to be a permanent fixture

The Headstone Is Absolutely Perfect. Everything That I Wanted On It Was Done Superbly. I Can't Imagine It Getting Any Better. Wonderful Craftsmanship. If Needed, I Will Not Hesitate To Return. Also, The Gentleman Who I Talked With Was Very Patient & Gave Me Suggestions On What Might Work Or Look Better & That Was Very Much Appreciated. The Stone Was Set Perfectly. Every Detail Is Exact. Highly Recommend.

They did a great job on the stone and the guys did a really good job installing. When we made the deal it was for our monument and leveling another. Brian told us us would be $200,00 for leveling if they poured a footer but if they just leveled not removing it would be $50.00. We paid for everything that day and that included the $200.00 for the other one. When they set our monument I meet them at the cemetery and they leveled the other stone, they didn't pour a footer so about a week later i called and ask Brian if we was getting a refund. He said he would ask the ones that did the work and I told him I was with them when they did it and they didn't pour a footer just a little concrete on front and one corner. He then said anytime they poured concrete it was a $100.00 but didn't tell us that when we made the deal . So i think we should have been refunded $150.00 but he sent us $100.00. Probably not going to do anymore business with Brian again
