From the first time we met to our informational meeting to the actual funeral, she and others at Chambers was nothing short of amazing. Erin kept in touch daily the week leading up to the actual burial day and then Amanda has continued the great customer service since. She has went over and beyond checking on us during the holidays as well as on my mom’s birthday… I will definitely use Chambers and Grubbs when we find ourselves at a loss again.

They treat you and your loved one like you are part of their family, not a ‘client’. When they took my father away from our home, they took their time and were very compassionate and methodical and making sure he was respected. They gave us our time with him and didn’t push or rush us so they could ‘get out the door’. Dad was a Veteran and they did an absolutely amazing job with ensuring his wishes with the Veterans Cemetery was taken care of so we did not have to worry about that. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my dad was taken care of and respected, as well as us. They definitely deserve a ton of praise!!
