  My family have used Heavenly Pet Memorials for two dogs now and I intend to use them with all future pets as well. They were so kind and understanding with us scheduling and even came within thirty minutes of me calling to say our dog passed away sooner than we had originally planned for. They were so gentle with our sweet boy and carried him in a way that just made it look like he was sleeping. They absolutely made their deaths a little more manageable and gave us so much peace of mind that our babies were being treated right.

  They made our grieving process a lot softer knowing our sweet girl would be handled with care and respect. We were able to bring her home very quickly and beyond thankful for their company and staff

  I had lost my baby boy at the age of 17 years old. I was completely devastated and lost. I never lost an animal before and I didn't know what to do or where to begin. I contacted Heavenly Pet Memorials. The lady answered the phone and provided me with information and options that I have to lay my boy to rest. When I arrived with my dog, Jackson Daniel, the customer service was beyond expectations. She could visibly see how heart broken I was and while remaining professional she provided support. She was kind and compassionate with empathy and reminding me that I was not alone. The cost to cremate Jackson was reasonable and I added on some prints for keepsakes. A couple days later, we went to bring Jackson home. The lady provided me with a bag that contained his ashes, prints, and a paw imprint. The bag holding his ashes had a quote " Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge." It was more than I anticipated and then some. A couple days later I received a card from Heavenly Pet Memorials with all the staffs signatures with a kind note. The people who run this memorial are the most amazing people to have when you lose a pet that is your family. They know how painful the loss is and their willingness to remain kind and supportive during a difficult transition in your life shows the type of character they are. I can honestly say that I was treated with more respect here than at a mortuary for the loss of my mother.

  She was extremely nice to start. Amazing customer service. The end product…beautiful. I am very grateful. This definitely helped me through the grieving process. Every penny was worth it. Thank you!

  My cat died unexpectedly and they stayed open late for me to bring him by after work. They were so nice and caring and went above and beyond. My vet even recommended them. Highly recommended! ❤️🐈‍⬛❤️🐈‍⬛
