  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Princess & Penguins! Mai, the owner, is incredibly understanding and dedicated to making every bride feel special. She goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. Mai is also an incredibly skilled alterator, helping me in ways I didn’t even know were possible—like under-bustling my dress and customizing straps for comfort and appearance. She truly knows her craft and has years of experience. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Carri, who was amazing in helping me find my dream dress. She was warm, professional, and made the entire process enjoyable. The rest of the staff - when not helping customers, also make you feel seen and not just “some other bride” and I really appreciated that aspect. What sets Princess & Penguins apart is their genuine dedication to making you feel comfortable and supported. They don’t work on commission, so there’s no pressure to buy. They simply want you to find the perfect dress and feel confident. Plus, they offer a wonderful selection of accessories, veils, jewelry, and shoes, helping you envision your complete bridal look, even if you don’t buy everything in-store. I highly recommend Princess & Penguins to any bride-to-be. If you’re looking for a personalized, supportive, and enjoyable dress shopping experience, this is the place to go! It was my first and last wedding dress shop I’ve been to, and I couldn’t be happier!

  The entire team at Princess and Penguin were absolutely phenomenal to work with! I am not one for trying on dresses and they made me feel comfortable, and cared for! Without them, I wouldn’t have found my dream dress! They made a heartfelt moment that every girl dreams to have one of a kind. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your formalwear needs!

  Mai and her team are great! Mai worked with me on my wedding dress alterations until I was happy with the outcome. I even recevied a hand written thank you note fromt the associate who helped me find my dress which was such a special touch! We rented our tuxes through them as well! Drop off was a breeze! We did have issues with sizing, though. 2/4 tuxes didn't fit quite right. However, they were able to get my husband's replaced in time for the ceremony and that was a huge relief!
