SeniorCare Homes offers the most comfortable and stable assisted living environment to seniors with dementia, memory loss, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. Each of our residences is limited to eight people. Located in Overland Park, KS we proudly serve all of the Kansas City metro area with our assisted living facilities. My mom was initially turned down for memory care at a local facility…what a blessing that has been! We’re so glad we found Senior Care Homes—it’s brought us so much peace and happiness! The caring staff, wonderful home and supports for my mom at Vineyard house are amazing! It really feels like an extension of home. We can come and go as we wish and are always welcomed with a smile! We looked at several facilities in the area and found none that come close to creating such a safe and comfortable home environment. The house is spotless, well maintained inside and out. The garden and walking path are enjoyable year round. The residents are well cared for. Mom's clothes, hair, nails always look great. They know her many stories and how to respond specifically to her when she is upset. They work with the family to keep her medications to a minimum. They sit with her, hold her hand and talk with her when she is confused or needing a little extra TLC. They are very welcoming to the family when we visit. They deal with her mood swings appropriately redirecting her and giving her attention. They are patient and professional dealing with her many night time wakings. They have relieved us from the stressful part of care giving, allowing the time we have with our mom to be pleasant and enjoyable for both her and our family.
