Our daughter has been going for over three years now and it has contributed to her social skills, speaking skills, and so much of her cognitive development. The teachers truly care and I’ve never doubted for a second that she is safe and happy while in their care.

We've attended Kids at Heart for over three years and cannot say enough good things about it. Our kids are well taken care of here and truly loved by the staff. As a parent it is hard to leave your children in the care of others, but at Kids at Heart it's much easier as I know they are in great hands. You won't find a better daycare!

Our child started going to KAH after being home during the pandemic. Because of this, we were a bit nervous about the transition; however, all staff at KAH helped ease those nerves with the love and care they provided and continue to provide. We are lucky to have found a place that our child loves and is loved in return!

We have been sending our two kids to KAH for over four years. While our oldest is off to Kindergarten, we wouldn’t even consider moving our youngest away from the amazing staff and environment he has grown to love. Our family cannot recommend Kids at Heart highly enough, from infant care all the way through preschool.

I LOVE this school. I brought my baby here when she was only two weeks old because I have a clientele and I’m paid commission only. I was a basket case but they were great with her and eventually eased my over-protective mama bear worries. I was able to exclusively breastfeed her (and not have to pump) since I work basically next door. Kim or Brooke would send me a text when she was hungry and I would run over, which in the beginning was every hour and a half. It was the perfect set up. With their help it actually felt easier than if I had stayed home for six weeks by myself. They say it takes a village to raise a child and this felt like my village! Recently however, I switched daycares for a place within walking distance of my home, me being an advocate for community and downtown rejuvenation, I wanted to be a part of that. The new daycare has a really good reputation, they had a spot open up and the tuition is significantly lower. Children’s mercy pediatricians send their babies there so it must be cream of the crop, right? Nope. Although it isn’t terrible I knew I had made a huge mistake after the first day. I immediately called Kim to see if I could get back in to Kids at Heart but they had already filled the spot, unfortunately. My heart aches for my baby girl. The things I like most about the infant room at Kids at Heart is they came and got her from me when I needed to go, held her. eye contact. smiling. talking to her. And if they didn’t get her they got my diaper bag so I could feed her because my hands were full when dropping her off in the morning. They worked with her to get her muscles strong and active. On the floor, tummy time. Everyone was always so nice and smiles to me and I was in and out a lot. I want to raise an eco-baby and they used the cloth diapers and wipes I provided. If only they had a location in the city it would be perfect. My daughter’s new teachers say she is advanced for 3 months and I believe its because her old teachers worked with her so much! I am kicking myself in the behind for switching daycares when I was so happy! This is my baby’s development and I think this job is one of the most important in our society and it doesn’t get enough credit. They were worth the drive and the money and if I could go back and do it different I would.
