- SPSean PoyserJan 21, 20261.0!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Had been a patient for over 3 years. Was excellent service. In 2025 they started to cover their tracks for a 2026 abandonment of patients in Indiana with numerous false termination letters. This should tell you what you need to know about their general business ideals. They did not give me adequate time to transfer care to another in-home as they bought all of them up and left them hanging too after closing the local offices abruptly. I am a medically frail patient and this has caused me to loose a doctor, forcing me to use ER and Specialists for normal doctors in the interim.
- CSchristena stachowskiJun 29, 20245.0The doctors there took good care of my husband they helped him get the in home items he needed to care for him also did blood draws and home x-ray. He has hospice care also which helped me so very much. I lost him on August 12, 2017. I highly recommend VPA.

Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and they all care about the patients they care for. Great communication with patients and love the fact that they come out to patients homes. Would reccomened this medical group to any senior who needs to have a doctor but just might not be able to get out to go.
- ASAndrea SteinbachNov 15, 20231.0I have never been so appalled by a provider in my career as a case manager. Due to privacy laws cannot provide specifics, but from what I've seen , Harmony does NOT care at all, unless perhaps money is what they care about.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and many other insurances. Our patient representatives will verify your benefit coverage as part of the new patient registration process.
Does insurance cover in-home care?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office.
How quickly can I get a doctors visit?
For new patients, home visits can typically be scheduled within 3-5 business days of completing the registration process.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days.
What services do you offer?
We offer many of the same health care services you would receive in a doctor’s office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound studies.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Contact your doctor at any time; we will schedule a sick visit within 24 to 48 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances HarmonyCares Medical Group will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. HarmonyCares Medical Group will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What are your hours of operations?
HarmonyCares Medical Group Providers generally make house calls between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our clinically trained staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
