Natco Community Empowerment Center (NCEC) is now scheduling one-on-one appointments and also taking reservations for using the computer workstations.
Our various no-cost programs and services include connections to local immediate need resources/assistance programs, job seeking assistance, money management counseling, trainings/classes/workshops and much more. All services are individualized and based around the needs and plans of the individual. Programs and services are provided in part through funding from the United Way.
