Our rustic barn venue was built specifically for weddings and events in 2018. We have a beautiful, private 17-acre estate, including a 3-acre lake and a gorgeous Lakeview and Timberview outdoor ceremony sites. We've helped with hundreds of weddings and events. They changed everything we planned with less than 48 hours notice and when we complained he hung up on me. They certainly can’t handle questions or complaints like professional adults. My advice to the brides - you deserve better care, go somewhere else. Take a moment to see how unprofessional they are when responding to negative reviews before you spend your money there. And don’t even get me started on the price!

The venue is so dreamy and I fell in love with it immediately. The in house caterer delivered on the day of the wedding and the standard was just as high as the day we sampled their menu. Our wedding was just a few days ago and we will forever remember our special day. I’d recommend timber ridge to anyone planning a wedding! Rustic elegance is a beautiful way to describe this venue. A huge bonus for me is they light up a fire and have all the s’mores ingredients ready for guests— you can’t beat that kind of nostalgia and coziness on a chilly fall evening 🤍
- BDbryanbennett davenportOct 28, 20253.0Attended a wedding at the Barn at Timber Ridge. The wedding was outdoor, the post wedding reception and meal were indoors. On the plus side, the barn is very nice, the outdoor wedding area was also very nice, and the staff were helpful and attentive. But there were two negatives that are significant. First the parking lot and the roadway down to the outdoor wedding site are gravel. It makes for a great deal of dust, it is terrible for ladies with heals, or anyone wearing nice shoes or clothes. The second issue was that the food was marginal at best. I get this could be related to selection, and I am aware how difficult it is to prepare food for large groups, but this area definitely needs improvement. My main issue is the gravel, it just should not be gravel parking lots and no paved pathway to the outdoor ceremony site. I would give the Barn at Timber Ridge at least a 4 if it wasn't for the gravel. I would also suggest that they have some golf carts to transport people with mobility issues down to the lower wedding venue. That would be a very nice touch. This is not a bad place for a wedding, by any means. But you have to be willing to accept its shortfalls, which in my mind are significant.
