  The only reason I give 2 stars on this review is because many of the nursing and kitchen staff have been very dedicated to my family member living here. Besides that, this place is questionable at best. First of all, the new website from the new owners has many lovely photos of "the facility" but none of them are from the actual facility which is VERY misleading. And we have had MANY issues that have been addressed with several upper staff members with medications being given incorrectly. We have been told that things would be resolved and have had to have several meetings to get anywhere with them. And we are still having issues. Beware if looking to place your loved one here and make sure to oversee what the facility is doing for their care.

  Started this process for my mother in September 2025 with 3 other locations involved during my search. The minute I walked into Windsor Ridge (Now Chapters of Jeffersonville) I KNEW this place was outstanding. The staff is great, Steve is wonderful and the residents are very happy here. I have developed a relationship with several residents and I could go on and on about the quality. I won’t bore you with my many praises. But I can assure you, your loved one will be welcomed in and they will have an extended family in no time at all. This facility is picturesque and homelike. Can’t imagine anyone having anything negative to say. Best of luck in your search and look no further than Chapters of Jeffersonville!
