    On behalf of my family & myself I would like thank Lynette (Funeral Director) for extending herself while representing the Shirley Brothers funeral care. We were embraced during our time of loss as though we were a vital part of the Shirley Brothers family. I honestly feel that we could not have received a better consultation as our director went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & satisfaction during this time. Everyone knows or has heard of customer service. Unfortunately Everyone does not know how to have the nurturing skills of a concerned mother when utilizing such skills. To our director Lynette. . .     My family has used Shirley Brothers for over 50 years. We have always been treated with the utmost respect, care and concern for what we were going through. I recently lost my husband and Jim Shirley, along with other staff, were very attentive to my needs and went out of their way to make things easier for me. I would have been lost without their guidance, suggestions and expertise. The care my family has been given by Shirley Brothers is second to none.
