They take pride in their work and not only is the people amazing but the place itself is really nice! 10/10 highly recommend!

Many of them will just put in the minimum effort. Which says to me that management is horrible over there and it's been like that for several years now. Now I don't know if it's the company that's bad or if it's the managers or both. But something over there has to change.

It extends to the fact he has repeatedly and literally wiped out entire groups of staff members. I, personally, have been discovered by housekeeping laying on the floor overnight waiting for someone to help me after pulling the emergency cord in my room.
