I was planning a funeral from out of state as my mother's wishes were to be transferred from where she passed in Florida back to where her parents were buried in Evansville. Jim maintained constant contact with me and handled things that I would consider above and beyond his job title. He was compassionate and empathetic and made what was an awful event into something that came together as seamlessly as possible. He is definitely in the right field and I would recommend him to anyone in the area who needs his services.
