  Our daughter started attending the center when she was just one year old, and we've been consistently impressed with her experience. Over her time there, she transitioned through four different classrooms, and in each one, she formed a special connection with her teachers. While I won't list them all individually to avoid accidentally omitting anyone, it's clear our daughter absolutely adores this place. We've been incredibly happy with their approach to working with children. They offer a fantastic range of activities, from engaging sensory tables to foundational reading and writing exercises. Their dedication and willingness to accommodate our needs, whether it was regarding scheduling, attendance, or anything else that came up, truly sets them apart. We wholeheartedly recommend this center. To all the teachers and staff, thank you—we are so grateful for everything you've done for our family!

  My daughter has been going here for less than a month. She seems to enjoy it. Everyone here are nice and helpful. They send a weekly email on the food for the week along with activities planned. Their timings ( 7 15 am to 6pm) are perfect for us. They are also accomadating with requests. Absolutely recommend this place. Surprised at the low rating on Google. Update to review ( Feb 3rd 2026): "We moved our daughter to a new daycare after relocating to the Naperville area, and the experience was significantly different compared to Bright Horizons. The new daycare was very supportive of potty training, allowing our daughter to stay in underwear so she could learn, whereas Bright Horizons required us to put her back in a diaper after two or three accidents, making it harder for her to progress. After moving to the new daycare, she was fully potty trained in about a month. Based on this experience in comparison to Bright Horizons, we are reducing our rating from 5 to 4 stars, as potty training is very important to us and we had been under the impression that Bright Horizons’ rules were standard across all daycares.

  Bright Horizons Rosemont is nothing short of amazing. Our older kids were in other Horizons center across the country that weren’t great and had a tough time retaining good staff. This bright horizons knows how to take care of kids. They realize taking care of the children means taking care of all stakeholders including the parents and staff. They really listen. The administrators Sue & Carmela really listen and care. Amy is very caring and helpful. They’ll step in the classroom and help out where needed. When my kiddo started they read my intake forms and listened to what I said and placed him in a spot that they thought would be a good fit for what he needed. Due to this, he had a relatively smooth transition and I’m confident bringing him here to play and learn with peers. All of the teachers we’ve encountered including but not limited to Misses Maria, Francesca, Breanne, Meghan, Leah have been so loving and patient. The staff stay here for years, which is really a testament to the entire team. They also have an amazing Chef Cathy that really cares about what she creates for the kids. What made me finally write this long overdue review was an email about a staff member. She requested to work less. So the email to parents was about how she would still be around, just in a more limited capacity. But they were very accommodating. Just one example of what they do for everyone that comes through their doors. If you’re looking for a safe loving and educational environment for your kiddos, stop by and take a look.

  Bright Horizons at Rosemont has been an amazing experience for our family. We needed daycare in a pinch last spring when my little one was barely nine months. Having been a stay at home mom with my first, I was a nervous wreck just at the thought of leaving my little guy all day long... let alone with total strangers. It was such a relief when I looked at the website and found questions I should ask any childcare provider, having never done this before. I also found an amazing curriculum for each age group, even infants. The level of attention they pay to my little guys's development, not just month to month... but every day was detailed and is emailed to me a week in advance. So it's the menu, created by the chef on-site. Now that we're around the age to start mil he had a reaction, I was nervous of course. They immediately changed his placemats so he won't have milk or yogurt until we've seen his pediatrician. Honestly, I've been more concerned at home about messing up myself than when my little guy's at school. They have everything down pat... If I'm dropping him off at 6:30 am and briefly mention a concern, you can bet they are following up with a phone call or when I'm picking up. The teachers, Tanya, Jazmine and Jenny are warm and loving...and the administrators, Karla and Carmela, are just amazing! Everyday my little one has a smile on his face when we get there. I open the door and he's reaching for me to get him out of his car seat... Web we get into the room, he's squiggling to get it if my arms to go play and at the end of a long day, he's, fed, clean, smiling and happy to see me. I could never have imagined having a new baby in daycare, going back to work and having so little stress and no worry when leaving him every day. The trust they have earned these past few months is so rare. I can't put into words how much I appreciate the people at Bright Horizons...

  We had horrible experience in toddlers room. My baby was there for less then 2 months and that’s only because I gave them more chances then I should have.
